Job Duties:
Retail Cashiers will be responsible for greeting, assisting guests by selling retail merchandise, and recommending merchandise items in the store at DNC Parks & Resorts at Sequoia’s property. Retail Cashiers will process sales and returns of merchandise, ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled, and log all damaged as well as lost & found items. Must follow all Point of Sale (POS) and cash handling policies, report discrepancies and accurate ringing at POS, and count change. Retail Cashiers will maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shop, back stock and have knowledge of where merchandise is located. Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 5:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 8:00pm, and 5:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
