- Job Duties:
- Resort Building Service Workers will be responsible for keeping resort buildings and outside areas in clean and orderly condition including notifying management of need for repairs, gathering and emptying trash from indoor and outdoor facilities and removing debris from sidewalks, driveways, parking areas and beach areas using blowers, shovels, or rakes. Resort Building Service Workers will also be responsible for moving supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks, and performing basic routine maintenance duties such as unclogging toilets, cleaning air conditioner filters, and changing lightbulbs. Please note: this is a janitorial position, and all duties of this position are covered by the “Janitors and Cleaners” SOC Code (37-2011). This is not a “Maintenance and Repair Worker” position. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 12:00pm – 7:00pm, or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See job description for additional information.
