- Job Duties:
- Shift Engineers will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of equipment and systems on property, landscaping and maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, performing evaluations of engineering related issues and determining appropriate course of action to fix, responding to engineering and maintenance related guest issues, repairing and maintaining facilities and equipment, and completing required reports, logs and paperwork. Repairs may include: fixing leaky faucets, repairing or replacing toilets, and unclogging drains, installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, and dimmer switches, and repairing drywall, painting, and installing shelves or minor appliances. May need to lift and carry up to one hundred (100) pounds occasionally. Schedule: 35 hours per week minimum. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 6:00AM- 1:00PM or 4:00PM-11:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
