Job Duties:

Front Desk Clerks will be responsible for greeting, registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, confirming and maintaining reservations, collecting payments for rentals and goods, and contacting staff in different departments for general guest needs. In addition, Front Desk Clerks will be responsible for answering telephone calls and guests’ inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or making recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 11:00am – 6:00pm, or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:
