Job Duties:

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that cleanliness in assigned guest rooms and public areas is achieved in accordance with Omni standards. Duties include responding appropriately to all guest requests while maintaining alertness, courtesy, and helpfulness toward guests and colleagues at all times. The worker must keep their work cart orderly and well-stocked, inspect room linens before placement, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular checks and reporting any issues. The worker is responsible for performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, and public spaces including bathrooms, balconies, and furnishings, using equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, sponges, and dust cloths. This task must be carried out consistently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. The worker must adhere to safety standards to identify and report hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, or suspicious persons to the relevant departments. The employee must follow OSHA training procedures and loss prevention protocols to respect guests' property diligently. Punctuality is essential, with employees expected to report on time, properly clock in and out, and complete any necessary time and PTO documentation, always ensuring accurate clocking procedures.

Special Requirements:

No prior education or experience required role. The worker must have strong visual attention to detail and strong customer service skills. The worker must have the ability to stand, bend, and do repetitive movements for up to 8 hours at a time. The worker must also have the ability to bend, stretch, reach, push and lift up to 20-25 pounds intermittently, and occasionally 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull the housekeeping supply cart up to 75lbs. Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions. Conversational English required. 8-hour shifts from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:30pm
