- Job Duties:
- Wash dishes that are brought to them by the front of house employees or kitchen employees. Rinse dishes, run them through the dishwasher and then put them away on shelves or in cupboards. Wash / sweep the floors, break down carboard boxes and empty kitchen garbage in the kitchen only as side work when there are no dishes. Stewards will never be in the front of house restaurant areas, will never take orders and will never have face to face contact with any guests.
