Job Duties:

Greet customers and provide courteous assistance, including opening doors and offering directions. Take numbered tags or tickets from customers, park vehicles in designated areas, and retrieve vehicles upon request. Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report any issues to management. Issue ticket stubs, collect fees, and maintain accurate logs of keys and tickets. Assist with cash handling, including balancing cash drawer and distributing tips. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking areas to maximize space and safety. Direct motorists to available parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights when necessary. Provide general customer service, including answering questions and responding to complaints. Follow safety and security procedures while handling vehicles. Training: The employer will provide on-the-job training during the first 4 weeks of employment. Training will be paid and aims to maintain consistency, improve customer satisfaction, reduce employee turnover, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Special Requirements:

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. drivers license within 2 weeks of employment. 3 months of experience working in the parking (valet) environment is required. Must possess a clean driving record; be able to lift and walk frequently; operate and maneuver vehicles safely; see details at a distance and up close; listen and comprehend information presented verbally; and communicate information effectively to others. Work Schedule: Various 5-day shifts between Monday through Sunday, 8 hours a day, between 11 a.m. to 7:30pm. Employer will not offer housing but may assist in locating housing. Such employer-assisted housing is voluntary and employees may locate their own housing.
