Job Duties:
Landscape and lawn maintenance, including tree planting, sod laying, mowing, mulching, trimming, planting shrubs and flowers, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs. Spring and Fall clean-up. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Assists with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, such as retaining walls. Operate a blower correctly and safely around houses, pedestrians, and vehicles. Perform handwork as necessary using a shovel, rake, broom, and/or clippers. Assist with loading trucks and trailers with tools and materials each day; Ensure debris and trash is picked up after the work is done. May drive crew vehicle. No driver’s license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses a standard, noncommercial driver’s license they may be asked to drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed.

Special Requirements:
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Must be 18 or older. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers at no cost to workers.
