Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Helps construction laborers and others (all carpenters) in the performance of exterior house remodeling, house repair and house construction after foundation pour until under roof before winter months. Workers will assist with various tasks to be performed while work can be completed in outdoor milder weather by laborers and others (who are all carpenters by trade doing carpentry work) by providing assistance such as carrying tools and materials, moving equipment and other tools used by others (carpenters) on-site and putting away and cleaning equipment and tools, cleaning up work sites after work is completed and disposing of waste materials from work site. All tasks to be carried out under the supervision and direction of other employees of Employer who are carpenters. All work performed is under the direction and in the assistance of the primary carpenter of the Employer on each job site. The temporary worker will carry, put away and assist in the use of tools and equipment including: screws, nails, other carpentry fasteners, screw drivers, hammers, glue guns and glue tubes, timbers, lumber, chalk lines, sanders, carpenter squares, levels, brooms, dust pans and clamps. ***Original F.a.2*** O*Net Job Classification: 47-3012 Helpers-Carpenters Helps construction laborers and others in the performance of exterior house remodeling, house repair and house construction after foundation pour until under roof before winter months. Candidates for hire must be fit and able to lift weight as required to move equipment and material as needed for assigned tasks and must be able to tolerate outdoor work in temperature reasonably anticipated in St. Louis, MO-IL MSA (over 90 degrees Fahrenheit and under 32 degrees Fahrenheit possible).. Employer will rely on candidates reporting and Employers observation to conclude candidate meets physical requirements.
