Job Duties:

Preparing tacos along with other peers as the orders come into the kitchen. Preparation of tacos involves working on a line station, reading order tickets, and building tacos from pre-prepared ingredients based on each customer’s individual order. Customers are able to choose from a variety of pre-prepared ingredients such as cooked chicken, steak, pork, shrimp, tofu, salsa, cheese, and vegetables from our menu to include, or not include, in their tocos, and the line cooks scoop the pre-prepared ingredients on to tortilla or rice. Preparation of the ingredients requires cooks to read from our pre-prepared recipe book and measure ingredients. Cooks will make a mixture of toppings and proteins, with the use of either ovens and stoves. Also preparing the food before the restaurant opens and organizing the toppings for expedited use during the open hours.
