- GREET CUSTOMERS, LEARN MENU, TAKE ORDERS, SERVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES TO DINERS. CLEAN AND SET TABLES. RESTOCK CLEAN DISHES, SILVERWARE, AND LINENS AND MAINTAIN SANITARY CONDITIONS IN DINING ROOM. COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS, ORDER, AND MANDATES RELATED TO CLEANING AND SANITATION REQUIRED FOR COVID-19. SHIFTS ARE 10AM TO 5PM AND/OR 4PM TO 11PM. DAYS/SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
