- WILL TRAIN TO PERFORM A VARIETY OF FOOD PREPARATION DUTIES OTHER THAN COOKING SUCH AS PREPARING COLD FOODS, SLICING MEATS, WASH, CHOP, AND PEEL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND MAINTAIN SANITARY CONDITIONS IN THE KITCHEN AND WALK-IN AREAS AND TAKE OUT TRASH. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 9:30AM-4PM AND/OR 5:30PM-11PM. AT LEAST 36 HOURS PER WEEK, 6 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME IS NOT AVAILABLE.
