Job Duties:
Workers will place shrimp on tables for de-heading, peeling; deveining; sorting and placing into containers; pack with ice; place containers onto pallets and wrap for shipping; dispose of shrimp shells in designated area(s); lift/carry up to 50 lbs. *Following is an expanded job description regarding load/unloading duties: Workers will assist with unloading raw product (shrimp) from boats or trucks and place in processing area or onto tables to be processed. Workers will also assist with loading finished products into refrigerators or freezers for storage. Workers will assist with loading finished products onto trucks for shipment. 14 days on the job training provided.

Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Random (post-employment). Must be able to de-head 35lb of shrimp per hour and peel & devein 15/lbs per hour. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
