- Job Duties:
- Prepare foods and kitchen for the day; chop, cut, pull food from walk-ins; start equipment, etc.; prepare and cook foods/meals to order according to recipes; serve prepared meals to waitstaff; clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, etc.; close kitchen at the end of the night by cleaning, taking care of food and waste and shutting off all equipment.
