- Job Duties:
- WILL TRAIN TO TAKE RESERVATIONS, GREET AND SEAT GUESTS, AND PRESENT MENUS AND WINE LISTS. RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS REGARDING FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE AND RESOLVE GRIEVANCES. PRESENT BILLS AND ACCEPT PAYMENTS. SUPERVISE WORKERS ENGAGED IN PREPARING AND SERVING FOOD. ASSIGN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORKSTATIONS TO EMPLOYEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/CARRY 30 LBS AND STAND FOR SEVERAL HOURS PER DAY. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 10AM-4PM, 12PM-8PM, AND/OR 3PM-9PM. 5 DAYS PER WEEK, AT LEAST 36 HOURS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
