- Job Duties:
- PREPARE, SEASON, CUT, PEEL, SAUTE, BROIL, COOK SUCH ITEMS AS MEATS, SEAFOOD, POULTRY, VEGETABLES, SOUPS. KEEP KITCHEN AREAS CLEAN, STOCKED AND SANITIZED. REPORT TO CHEF. May get up to 10 hours overtime when available. A single work week will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday.
