Job Duties:

Enhance or care for the outdoor surroundings of a property utilizing hand or power tools and equipment. Tasks include laying sod, mowing, trimming/edging, planting, weeding, watering, raking, and blowing leaves. Utilize a hand shovel to excavate holes for installing plants, trees, and shrubs and tree removal. Additionally, spread seed, fertilizer, and mulch, and perform ground-level pruning or trimming of trees, shrubs, and hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Ensure proper functionality of equipment through regular maintenance. The role may involve driving a truck or other vehicles to transport work crews, plants, materials, and tools to/from work sites. The ability to lift 75 lbs is required.
