Job Duties:

The duties of the housekeeper include cleaning guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with brand standards. The housekeeper will make beds and change linens; remove dirty linens and replace with clean folded linens; dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum polish floors; clean and restock bathrooms; replenish guest room supplies; remove trash and dispose of waste properly; clean surfaces and furniture in rooms and public areas; report maintenance issues or damaged items; and ensure secure handling of guest property and housekeeping equipment. Housekeepers may be responsible for washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, using commercial laundry equipment. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 lbs. No education, but one-month prior experience required. On-the-job training provided.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts. Shifts are 8:00am-4:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm Wednesday thru Sunday, hours vary. Must complete an employment application. Minimum age: 18. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 25lbs. No education, but one month prior experience required. On-the-job training provided.
