Job Duties:

Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters or tables. Produce high quality food according to recipes in an organized manner. Prepare, season and cook flatbreads, pizzas, pastas, paninis and a variety of starters and salads. Ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times. May wash dishes as needed. Involves bending, stooping, lifting & stretching on a frequent basis. Out of 7 days a week; applicant must be able to work a 5 day work week, including weekends/holidays. Hours and shift times vary: 6am - 2pm, 12pm - 7pm, and 5pm - 12am. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
