- Job Duties:
- Follow the prep list created by chefs. Label and stock ingredients. Measure ingredients and seasoning to be used in cooking. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces. Prepare simple dishes such as salads and soups. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment. Comply with sanitation guidelines. Work days vary Sun-Sat.
