- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools and/or landscaping equipment; workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following: lay sod; mow; trim; plant; water; fertilize; dig; rake; installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units; may drive light to medium duty passenger company vehicles.

- M-F, Some Saturdays required. Schedule varies. Start/end times vary. Overtime varies. Able to lift 50lbs. Pre-employment drug testing required. Drug testing during employment for cause.
