Job Duties:

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and kitchen areas. The duties of the Cleaner include cleaning and sanitizing countertops, tables, chairs, and other surfaces to remove dirt, stains, and food residues; Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment using manual or automated methods; Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors regularly to remove debris, spills, and dirt; Collecting and properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and food waste in designated areas; Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and fryers; Cleaning and disinfecting restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restocking supplies like toilet paper, soap, and hand towels. Must adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents, cross-contamination, and the spread of foodborne illnesses. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 25 lbs. No education, but one-month prior experience required. On-the-job training provided.
