Job Duties:

Prep food to specified proportions. Cook food to presentation guidelines. Maintain a safe and sanitary work area. This may include washing dishes and cookware. Abide by the food dating system and all other health department guidelines. Follow opening and closing procedures. Check and perform all posted shift duties. Maintain a clean personal appearance including clean uniform and personal hygiene. Be aware of waste charts. Be on guard for problems that contribute to waste. Check all prep levels at the start of your shift. Be personally responsible for clocking in and out. Be knowledgeable with regard to the kitchen safety manual and procedures. Only operate equipment you have been trained on. Stay focused on the job at hand. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by kitchen manager. Will work shifts of 9:30am-5:30pm or 4:30pm-10:30pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat
