Job Duties:

Executing each menu item for breakfast, lunch and dinner efficiently and quickly; Studying each recipe carefully to cook authentic Italian recipes, breads and pastry. Cooking food in a timely manner; Prioritize kitchen tasks; Food preparation (following authentic italian recipes closely to prepare pastas, sauces, soups and more); Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies; Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions; Clean up station, keep work areas clean, Sanitized, organized and take care of leftover food; Stock inventory appropriately; Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Basic english required to communicate with other staff and co-workers.

Special Requirements:

THREE (3) MONTHS OF PREVIOUS KITCHEN EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANT, HOTEL, RESORT, PRIVATE CLUB OR OTHER HOSPITALITY BUSINESS THAT REQUIRES THE SAME TASKS AND FUNCTIONS. BASIC ENGLISH REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER STAFF AND CO-WORKERS
