- Job Duties:
- The job duties require the worker to perform duties that involve food preparation other than cooking. Food preparation includes, but is not limited to, preparing food ingredients for use in cooking. This requires work duties such as cutting, slicing, and trimming meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables; mixing and combining ingredients for use in salads; preparing condiments and brewing coffee or tea. Other work duties also include responsibility for proper storing of food, monitoring food temperature, and cleaning and sanitizing work areas. The job duties also include serving food and beverages. The worker will be serving food and beverages at customers' tables, but the worker will not be taking food or drink orders from the customers.
