Job Duties:

Pursuant to approved sanitation and safety guidelines, clean all dishes, glasses, utensils pots, pans and related food preparation/serving items and equipment. Operate dishwashers, check washed items for cleanliness, and store clean and dry items and equipment in proper places. Clean floors in the kitchen area as well.

Must be eligible for Safe Serve certification Must be able to stand/walk/climb up to 6-8 hours per day; speak, read, and write in English; and lift, push and pull up to a maximum of 50lbs. 3 Months experience in job or a related position required. On-the-Job Training provided. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 11:00am - 10:00pm, 4:00pm - 11:00pm, 6:30am - 9:00pm shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $12.74 - $15.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime may be available. at $19.11 - $22.50 per hour. Fringe Benefits: $4 staff meal, 20% off retail store, 50% off in- house dining, and 50% off immediate family room stay.
