Job Duties:

Prepare and cook dishes such as meats, seafood, soups, desserts to ensure high quality of service for customers in restaurant setting. Maintain kitchen area and equipment clean. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and follow food storage procedures. Possible O/T 0-5 hr wk. Hourly work schedule 7am-11pm. Frequency of pay Weekly on Friday. Education required: None/less than high school A single work week will be used as a standard for computing wages due. The employer will reimburse the H2b worker in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossings, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker ( but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the work). The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence expenses $16.28 per day minimum without receipts, to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: the worker will be employed for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is 120 or more days, or each 6-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is less than 120 days. Payroll Deductions - As required by law. Housing/available optional. Housing payroll deduction $160.00 wk. Utilities paid by employer.
