- Serve meals to patrons according to established rules or etiquette; present menu to guests; suggest dinner courses, appropriate wines, and answer questions regarding food preparation; write orders and relay them to the kitchen; serve courses; observe diners to respond to any additional requests; clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining. Will work shifts of 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-10:30pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat
