Job Duties:
Cut and fillet fish 10-60 pound fish with a knife. Shuck clams, oysters, and other seafood items. Properly grade items. Pull, scan, and pack fresh and frozen seafood product for orders placed by customers and band together bulk seafood items. Maintain sanitation of personal work-space and total production area.

Special Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. On-the-Job Training provided. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Shifts vary. Includes weekends, days, evenings, holidays. 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $18.97 - $25.00 per hour based on merit and past employment with us. Overtime may be available at $28.46 - $37.50 per hour. Fringe Benets: Employee discount: 20-30% based on restaurant or market purchase; sta meal depending on shift worked.
