- Job Duties:
- Greet customers, determine customer needs, utilize product knowledge, selling skills and client files to successfully close transactions; maintain caselines; answer telephone inquiries from customers for new orders, payments, appraisals and/or repairs; and dropbox and email urgent requests to management. Shifts will vary from 8:00am to 8:00pm; up to 6 days/week; 40 hours/week minimum and up to 32 hours/week overtime.
