Job Duties:

Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and public areas; make beds; stocks paper products and replenishes other bathroom supplies; clean, sanitize, replenish, and restock linens and toiletries in guest accommodations where applicable; maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of banquet rooms, storage space and all public areas as assigned; clean locker rooms and showers; perform general cleaning duties, i.e linen duties, window cleaning, trash removal per daily, weekly assignments; ensure security of any assigned keys. Washes dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils in dishwashing machine or by hand. Dries clean dishes, pots, pans, and silverware, as needed. Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas. Washes and polishes all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinet, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk in freezers, and other equipment. Cleans dishwashing machine according to appropriate cleaning schedule. Optional housing is available on-site for employees at a rate of $400 per month, which is deducted from the worker's paycheck. Workers receive an employee discount in the restaurant and golf shop of 40%. Discount does not apply to clearance merchandise, coffee bar, or alcohol purchases. There are no free meals at any time. All transactions must go through the POS system. House coffee, tea, and fountain soda are complimentary only for those who are on shift. Employees that successfully complete their scheduled stay in entirety and satisfy the work duties of their respective hired position are eligible for an end of season bonus of $200 - $1000 based on the discretion of the employer.
