- Job Duties:
- Food preparation of soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts cooked to order using recipes. Such foods include chicken, shrimp, fish, alligator, steak burgers, bacon, sliced ham, turkey, cheeses, fresh produce, sauces, dips, and batters. Must use food prep equipment such as mixers, food processors, and slicers. Responsible for stocking and rotating food on the line. Clean and sanitize kitchen stations throughout the day using sponges, rags, mops and cleaning solutions, and soap. Upon opening and closing, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment using sponges, rags, mops and cleaning solutions, and soap. Kitchen equipment includes reach-in coolers, char broiler, chargrill, flat top, fryers, ovens, refrigerators, the floor, and dishes. Rotate and put away deliveries of produce, proteins, and imperishable goods.
