- Job Duties:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Tetra Pak filling and packaging machines. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on equipment. Identify faulty components and replace parts such as motors, sensors, pumps, or control modules. Maintain optimal settings to ensure high-quality production output. Monitor machine performance and adjust operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences. Provide feedback to improve production processes or optimize machine settings. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports. Provide technical training to machine operators on basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Offer support during production shifts to resolve equipment issues as they arise. Will be required to work one of four shift schedules: Sunday-Wednesday 6 AM-6 PM, Sunday-Wednesday 6 PM-6 AM, Wednesday-Saturday 6 AM-6 PM, or Wednesday-Saturday 6 PM-6 AM; 48 hours per week, 4 days per week. Additional overtime may be available. The first 40 hours in each week will be paid at the regular wage rate; any time worked exceeding 40 hours per week will be paid at the overtime rate. Will be required to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
