Job Duties:

Responsible for setting tables, changing table linens, refilling glasses, clearing dirty plates and utensils, and maintaining clean and organized dining areas. Ensure all service stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies and assist servers in providing efficient and attentive guest service. Assist with greeting guests and delivering bread, water, or other items to enhance the dining experience. Support operations across all outlets and banquet events as needed, helping to set up, maintain, and break down service areas. Assist with putting away daily orders and maintaining organized storage areas to support smooth service flow. Ensure proper trash removal and disposal in accordance with sanitation standards. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and readiness throughout all dining spaces to ensure a seamless and polished guest experience. No minimum education or prior work experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members while maintaining professionalism and composure during service. The position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, with frequent pulling, pushing, and bending. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving tables, chairs, and other service equipment as needed. Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction are essential. On-the-job training is provided.

Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday with two shift schedules available (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
