- • Prepare and portion food items for cooking or service. • Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables. • Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation. • Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment. • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. • Store food and supplies properly to prevent contamination.

- MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE AN EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION. MUST MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE. UNIFORMS (SHIRTS AND NAME TAGS) ARE PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYER OR THE HOTEL OF ASSIGNMENT. WORKERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BLACK CARGO/KHAKI PANTS AND BLACK COMFORTABLE TENNIS SHOES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SPLIT-SHIFTS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED. HOTELS OPERATE 7 DAYS A WEEK.
