- Job Duties:
- • Perform general upkeep of exterior property areas, including lawns, walkways, and common outdoor spaces. • Mow, trim, rake, sweep, collect trash, and maintain cleanliness of grounds. • Assist with moving furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed. • Perform light support tasks such as watering plants and maintaining outdoor appearance. • Report any repair issues to management (no skilled repair work performed).

- MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE AN EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION. MUST MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE. UNIFORMS (SHIRTS AND NAME TAGS) ARE PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYER OR THE HOTEL OF ASSIGNMENT. WORKERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BLACK CARGO/KHAKI PANTS AND BLACK COMFORTABLE TENNIS SHOES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SPLIT-SHIFTS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED. HOTELS OPERATE 7 DAYS A WEEK.
