- Job Duties:
- Duties include to landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Performs a variety of task, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and instillation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit, walks, or water features. The job will require the worker to gather and remove litter and use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Workers will operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, or rototillers. Workers will follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage. The job will require the worker to be exposed to weather, outdoors/noise, hot/cold temperatures and to wear common protective/safety equipment. The job will require the worker to have attention to detail, thorough in completing work tasks, cooperative and responsible.

- The job will require the worker to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, extensive bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
