- High school Diploma/GED and either one-year kitchen/prep experience or one-year of culinary school required. Background check post-hire, pre-employment. Employment is contingent on clearing background check. Scheduled for one 8-hour shift per day, Sunday - Saturday with two days off per week. Must work weekends as required.
