- Job Duties:
- Job duties include cutting and installing all types of flooring, including hardwood; solid wood; vinyl; engineered wood; concrete; marble; terrazzo; and tile. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications; Grind, scrape, sand, or polish surfaces, such as concrete, marble, terrazzo, or wood flooring, using abrasive tools or machines; May operate hand and power tools of all types such as air hammers, measuring equipment; table saws; laminate cutters; skill saws, and tape measures. May clean and prepare worksites, clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Travel to various worksites required.
