- Job Duties:
- Wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans), dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance with Big Cedar standards. Prep work for culinary department such as but not limited to peeling, dicing, chopping, assembly finished product.

- Will regularly lift 50lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Workers scheduled for one 8-Hour shift per day between 7AM-11PM, Sunday - Saturday with 1-2 Days off per week. Overnight shifts required.
