- Job Duties:
- Set up/Tear down rides and food trailers. Operate ride and food concessions. Prepare food for food concessions. Wash/Clean equipment. Possibly drive trucks and move equipment to the next location. Food preparation includes deep-frying and serving a variety of premade concession foods such as french fries, onion rings, blooming onions, pickles, tater tots, etc. Prepare ice cream by adding premade mix to the machine. Make fresh-squeezed lemonade and serve other premade drinks.
