- Job Duties:
- Greet club members and special event guests; distribute food, wine, and dessert menus; answer questions, offer suggestions on daily specials and wine selections. Ensure that the correct account numbers and names are given for billing. Place orders with kitchen; inform cooks about any dietary restrictions and serve food; Clear and reset tables after each course and after the table is vacated. Inform supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
