Job Duties:

Assist skilled trades people and crew members with a wide range of construction activities. Prepare and clean construction worksites before and after tasks. Dig trenches, assist with site layout and measurements, and help set forms and braces to support concrete pouring and curing. Operate basic hand and power tools such as air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, saws, drills, levels, and compactors to support daily activities under supervision. Mix, pour, place, spread, and smooth concrete and other construction materials as directed. Help erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures to provide safe access to work areas. Load, unload, and move materials and equipment throughout the site. Clean tools and work areas, remove rubble and debris, and provide general support to construction crews to ensure efficient and safe jobsite operations.

Workers must be able to work in heat, cold, and varying outdoor weather conditions and regularly lift between 50 and 100 pounds. The position requires frequent bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to work in noisy and dusty environments.
