Job Duties:

The employee will prepare Ecuadorian food in our preparation kitchen in Summerset, SD. Additionally, the employee will prepare food as a short order cook and take orders in our food trailer at event locations in Western SD. The employee must have an understanding of traditional Ecuadorian recipes and techniques. Duties include: chopping and cooking of meat and vegetables, sauce preparation, kitchen and work area cleaning. Additional duties include: Help with food truck departure preparation, which involves stocking food and containers, and cleaning the food truck kitchen. Help with food serving equipment (chafer warmers, desert trays, utensils, etc) and food setup for catering events. ***Original F.a.2*** Prepare Ecuadorian food for use in our food truck. Understanding of traditional Ecuadorian recipes and techniques is required. Duties include: chopping and cooking of meat and vegetables, sauce preparation, kitchen and work area cleaning, help with food truck departure preparation, help with equipment and food setup for catering events.
