Job Duties:
Support kitchen operations by preparing high-quality dishes for both regular service and catered events. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and consistency. Prepare and execute food for à la carte service, prep days, and events. Support catering prep including large-batch cooking, labeling, and packaging. Assist with menu item execution for buffet, plated, and passed service. Follow all recipes and presentation guidelines consistently. Maintain proper food safety, labeling, and storage. Ensure a clean work area. Collaborate with kitchen lead and restaurant staff on timing and execution. Maintain prep lists and communicate inventory needs.
