- Job Duties:
- Assist foreman in all tasks necessary to complete landscape installation and maintenance projects, including loading and unloading materials, moving supplies, and preparing job sites. Install various landscape elements such as rock work and gravel, all types of plant materials, patios, decks, mulch, and decorative features. Perform general garden and property maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, yard clean-up, and deadheading. Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of basic irrigation systems, including trenching, laying pipe, installing sprinkler heads, drip lines, valves, and controllers, and performing seasonal start-up and winterization under supervision. Work may also include assisting with the installation of small water features or waterfalls and using basic hand and power tools as directed.

- Special Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months of experience in general landscaping and groundskeeping work, including landscape installation and maintenance. Workers must be able to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, use basic hand and power tools, and follow instructions from a foreman or crew leader. Experience assisting with basic irrigation system installation and maintenance, such as trenching, laying pipe, installing sprinkler heads or drip lines, and performing seasonal start-up and winterization under supervision, is required. Workers must be reliable, able to work as part of a team, and willing to travel daily to multiple local job sites within the area of intended employment. No formal education, licenses, or certifications are required.
