- Job Duties:
- Assist in preparation of dining rooms. Serve beverages to customers. Seat guests, collect payment and remove dirty dishes. Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, etc. All aspects involved in maintaining a clean, organized dining room; including sweeping, removing linens, mopping, vacuuming and setting tables. Will work shifts of 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat.
