Job Duties:

Perform a combination of hotel facility janitorial duties, including deep cleaning and basic maintenance tasks. Duties include deep cleaning of common areas and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning common areas floors. Restock facial tissue, toilet tissue, toiletry, supplies and paper towels in restrooms, common areas and rooms. Maintain supply closets, cleaning equipment, and tools. Transfer furniture between rooms and other areas of the property. Receive and respond to maintenance and repair requests in guest and common areas. Coordinate preventative facility maintenance and repairs, including interior and exterior painting. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspections, minor repairs, and replacement of worn parts, supplies on equipment, appliances, and fixtures, such as light bulbs and coffee machines. Perform minor plumbing repairs such as clogs, leaks, and low water pressure.

Schedule: Monday through Sunday (schedule varies). Shifts: 8am-3pm or 4pm-9pm (shift hours may vary). Five rotating days. Employer will offer at least (no less than) thirty-five (35) hours per week.
