- Job Duties:
- Prepare all menu items meeting quality and sanitation standards. Prepare and cook a variety of food to order which must be prepared in a short period of time. Team effort to clean all work areas of the kitchen, walk-in’s, equipment, refrigeration, utensils, small wares, and all that is used for food service. Remove trash. Wrap and store all frozen and refrigerated items at days end.
