- Job Duties:
- Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing foods and kitchen for the day, including chopping, cutting, pulling food from walk-ins, starting equipment, etc., preparing and cooking foods/menu items (in advance and to order) according to recipes, cleaning work areas, floors, equipment, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. (and occasional and end-of-season deep cleaning), closing kitchen at the end of the night by cleaning, taking care of food and waste, taking garbage out, and shutting off all equipment.
